Returns Policy
Thanks for shopping with us, we are sure you will love your product.
Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds for over ordering stationery, incorrect ordering or a simple change of mind.
If your product is damaged or lost by Australia Post, we will follow it up and either refund you or replace the product free of charge. If you receive the product damaged from the hands of Australia Post, please email us a photo and we will replace it.
Please contact us if you need to return any goods. Returns need to be authorised by Creative Wright before goods are sent back. We will give you instructions on how to return goods once the return is authorised.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times apply to orders after they are despatched. They do not apply to your order between ordering and despatch. Production and packing times are not included in estimated shipping time. We definitely prioritise Express Post orders, but choosing Express Post does not guarantee same day despatch.
Please allow 2 working days for despatch (if you order after 5pm, the order is counted as arriving at 9am the next morning. Weekends are not counted as working days).
Shipping charges are calculated on weight and size of order. Tracking is not included with your order.
*Whilst most domestic orders are received within 3-5 days, please allow up to 7 business days for standard delivery, depending upon the time of purchase and your delivery address.
Please note: All orders are sent from Perth, Australia. During sale and holiday periods, delivery may take longer than the estimated timeframes above. If you live in remote rural areas, you may need to allow a few extra days for postage.
All international orders are shipped via Australia Post – Express Post International, which provides tracking and signature on delivery, and generally arrives within 3-7 days to most destinations worldwide. Shipping charges are calculated on weight and size of order.
Creative Wright accepts no responsibility for goods damaged as a result of neglect or poor storage including direct sunlight, dampness, heat, spillages and undue care once the order has been collected and released to you as the customer.
Privacy Statement
Your personal details are kept confidential. Under no circumstances will they be given to any third party, unless it is necessary in the normal course of business, e.g. credit card processing with Commonwealth Bank, or such release is required by a court of law. Upon completion of the order, Creative Wright will continue to treat all information as strictly confidential.

All prices are in Australian Dollars and are subject to availability and can change without notification. Sizes and designs may change over time. Please confirm pricing with your order.

All efforts are made to ensure all information and pricing is correct. All dimensions, colour swatches, photos and information are to be used as guides only.
All products described on this web site are as accurate as possible. Monitor displays may skew the colour and scale of a product. Responsibility is not taken by Creative wright for incorrect choice of product due to these factors.

Variations between items are characteristic of our hand-drawn range of stationery. Images and colours may vary slightly and placement of any embellishments may differ slightly.
Printable Invitations
These are customised digital files and no physical items will be shipped.
When adding these items to your cart please include the details below in the Order Notes:

If you are shopping as a guest and not a registered shopper with a log in, please remember to supply your email address.
Pay to complete the transaction.
A low-resolution proof file will be sent to you within 1-3 business days
It is your responsibility to check all spelling and information are correct. Two sets of changes are allowed and NO REFUNDS are provided due to the digital nature of this product.
Once written approval is received that you are happy with your file we will email the FINAL high resolution and print ready file to your supplied email address.
Please be advised that colours from your printer may differ slightly from what you see here on screen. All monitors and printers are calibrated differently and exact colour matches are not possible.
Where possible invitations will be provided set up as an A4 size page with as many copies of the invitation of the page as will fit to minimise printing costs for you. Please advise us if you want a single invitation in true size.
These files are for PERSONAL USE ONLY and distribution, file sharing or commercial use is prohibited. Purchasing these printable files does not revert rights to the buyer.
Custom Orders
